The Middle American Research Institute is happy to announce the sixth talk of the 2017-2018 Brown Bag talk series. Dr. Juan Carlos Fernandez Diaz, Senior Researcher at the University of Houston, will present on his research in a talk titled To LiDAR or not to LiDAR? Ethical and practical reflections on my explorations and investigations in the Honduran Mosquitia.

MARI‘€™s Brown Bag Series is meant to provide a venue for students and faculty focusing on topics related to Mesoamerica to discuss their latest research in an informal and friendly setting.
