The New Orleans premiere of: Resistencia: The Fight for the Aguan Valley - a film by Jesse Freeston.

Join us for a screening and discussion.
Beginning with the historic moment of the coup, ‘Resistencia: The Fight for the Aguan Valley’ follows three key members of the farmers’ resistance as they attempt to implement participatory democracy in their new communities. All while they try to survive the violent reaction of the land owner and the coup regime.
